Quayside Bistro & Grill St Helier

Here are our favourite places to eat in St Helier:

AWABI

If you’re looking for some delicious Pan Asian cuisine in St Helier, we highly recommend checking out this Michelin Guide-recommended spot. They have amazing kimchi fried rice, great tasting ‘small bites’ like the Szechuan chicken wings, and the cornflake milk ice cream dessert is delicious! Plus, they serve up some of Jersey’s best cocktails and mocktails and offer pick-up takeaway.

LA TAVERNE

This well-established and popular Italian/ French restaurant is opposite the town hall. Cozy, with good service and a great atmosphere.
On a recent visit, we chose Scallops/ White Wine/ Lemon/ Worcester Sauce; it was perfectly cooked.

MOITA’S

Right on the seafront, at Havre des Pas, is our favourite Portuguese restaurant in Jersey, a warm welcome with generous helpings of great Portuguese food. The cataplana for two is particularly good.

QUAYSIDE BISTRO & GRILL

The alfresco dining tables are in demand at this large St Helier seafood restaurant with marina views. Good service and excellent local crab, oysters, sea bass, plaice, scallops and lobsters. Booking is highly recommended.

SIROCCO

Located in the nightlife area of St Helier at The Royal Yacht Hotel. Sirocco offers a consistently high standard of cooking,  professional service and nice views at night over the gardens toward the marina in the distance. Dishes like fillet steak served with king oyster mushroom, vine tomato and beef fat chips are cooked and presented with skill and panache.

TASSILI

Award-winning fine dining restaurant at the Grand Hotel. The food is French-influenced, with local seasonal ingredients, including chancre crab, scallops, Jersey Royals and black butter. The 7-course tasting menu with wine pairing is a fantastic culinary experience no matter where you have dined. Only open for dinner from Thursday to Saturday; bookings are essential.
